Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping overview

We currently ship eligible orders to addresses shown as available at checkout. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and applicable charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

2. Processing times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when your package leaves our fulfillment process.

3. Delivery and tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll send the tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow the carrier time to register the first scan. If tracking has not updated for several business days or your delivery appears delayed, contact tracking@familyandpaws.com with your order number.

4. Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable. Some products may be excluded for hygiene, safety, personalization, perishability, final-sale status, or other reasons explained on the product page or at checkout.

5. Refunds

To request a return, contact contact@familyandpaws.com with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send items back until we provide return instructions. After an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
