Items should be unused, clean, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some hygiene, consumable, personalized, or final-sale items may not be returnable where permitted by law. We will explain any exclusion before processing a return.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and reviewed, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Payment processing is handled by the checkout provider, including Stripe where enabled, and timing may depend on your bank.

Return shipping
